SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We ship worldwide. For any specific inquiries, please email info@hivaatelier.com and we will follow up with you as soon as possible.

We are happy to offer complimentary express shipping for orders with delivery addresses in Turkey. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx or UPS, typically arriving within 5-7 business days. Please also note that orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

All HiVa Atelier products are delivered in a HiVa branded box and dustbag.

HiVa Atelier cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge additional duties or taxes. The purchaser is responsible for paying these charges.

There may be local taxes and duties for your order depending on the destination country. If we are able to calculate these fees for you, they will be added to the total before you complete your order. For countries where taxes and duties cannot be calculated, you will be required to pay them to the courier at delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Note that HiVa Atelier is not responsible for lost items once a package has been delivered and/or signed for.

COLLECT IN STORE

Orders can be collected from HiVa Atelier store in İstanbul free of charge. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected.

When collecting your order, you will need:

  • A digital or printed copy of your order confirmation email.
  • The credit or debit card used to complete the transaction.
  • Photographic ID.
  • If someone is collecting on your behalf, their photographic ID along with your signed written permission.

PAYMENTS & TAXES

Sales taxes and duties are calculated on the site according to your delivery address and are detailed on the checkout screen and on your order invoice. You can download your invoice via your HiVa Account or request one from our Customer Service team.

When ordering for delivery outside of Turkey, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you — unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; for further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
