Shipping policy

We are happy to offer complimentary express shipping for orders with delivery addresses in Turkey. International orders are shipped via DHL Express , typically arriving within 5-7 business days. Please also note that orders that are placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

All HiVa Atelier products are delivered in a HiVa branded box and dustbag. HiVa Atelier cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge additional duties or taxes. The purchaser is responsible for paying these charges. There may be local taxes and duties for your order depending on the destination country. If we are able to calculate these fees for you, they will be added to the total before you complete your order. For the countries where taxes and duties cannot be calculated, you will be required to pay them to the courier at delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Note that HiVa Atelier is not responsible for lost items once a package has been delivered and/or signed for.

COLLECT IN STORE (Only For Istanbul/Tesvikiye Store)

Orders can be collected from HiVa Atelier store in İstanbul free of charge. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected from the store.

When collecting your order from a store you will need:
• To present a digital or printed copy of your order confirmation email.
• The credit or debit card used to complete the transaction.
• Photographic ID will be required when collecting an order in store.

• If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, your signed written permission in addition to

the above.

PAYMENTS & TAXES

Sales taxes and duties are calculated on the site according to where you are having your order delivered to and are detailed on the checkout screen during purchase and on your order invoice. You can download your order invoice via your HiVa Account or request one from our Customer Service team. When ordering goods from hivaatelier.com for delivery outside of the Turkey, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.
